Warranty Services
Welcome to your New Home, now what? Scala prepares a comprehensive package of all warranties and operations manuals and will coordinate training for any systems such as Smart Home, Audio Visual, Security and more. For one year after construction, we will provide post construction service and oversee supplier and trade warranties. Should any issue arise, you can count on us to help you resolve them.

Maintenance
For those that enjoy the comfort of knowing there is always someone to call in case a problem occurs with the home, Scala provides maintenance services on a per project and fee basis. This service allows us to give our clients priority service to assist with any types of repairs on the property.
